The Joy of Breathing Workshop Part TWO!

Breath is the engine of health, performance, and joy. In part 1, we focused on deep breathing, the relationship of breath to posture and emotions, and began exploring breath with movement. In this two-hour workshop, we will shift our focus to breathing during various exercise modalities (aerobic, strength endurance, strength, power), as well as recovery between sets, recovery between workouts, cool-downs and stretching, and breath development/training. We will look at breath from both health and performance angles. The emphasis will be on application and hands-on exercises. You will come away with new tools you can immediately apply in all areas of your life.

All levels welcome!
